.The Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 10th November at 8.00 pm.
At a Committee Meeting held on Monday 6th October, all Committee Members decided to step down at the forthcoming AGM. Therefore a new Committee needs to be voted in.
If no new committee is voted in, the club will unfortunately disband.
The funds that are available within the club accounts will therefore have to be distributed.
The committee has come up with two options as stated below:
- The monies held to be distributed evenly to all current paid-up members.
- Each current paid-up member to receive back their membership money they paid in and the residue to go to an agreed charity.
We therefore would be grateful to receive your views and your nominated option by no later than 3rd November. This can be by:
- Placing your paperwork in the box provided at the club house
- By email at gmcc@guildfordmcc.org.uk – please note – if sending by email this must be received by midday on 3rd November.
- By post to Sue Mandry - details at the club.
- Or by hand to any committee member
NB: Xmas Dinner, although booked, will be placed on hold until after the AGM.
